The Nets went on an 11-0 run to start the game but it was all Sixers from there as Joel Embiid and company crushed a shorthanded Brooklyn squad Saturday night.

Everything with the Sixers’ season has been a disaster, but Tyrese Maxey and Jared McCain provided hope Friday, taking over in the fourth quarter of a win over the Nets.

Kelly Oubre, Jr. led all scorers with 18 points while KJ Martin continued to look like a rotation player in the Sixers’ preseason win over the Nets Wednesday.
